Super Moon

Last night's super moon was fun to watch thru the binocculors and with the naked eye. (Glad my neighbors didn't fire off a warning shot at me though as I stood out on the curb.)

I tried to take a picture of it, but I seem to not be very good with night time appeture. I'd blame it on the newish camera but I've had some practice. Suffice to say, I suck. Oh and the moon is the gelotinous orb hovering in 3D over the lamp post.

Chaz won a GLAAD Award. Nice. But the real story here is the wig that Cher wore to the ceremony. OMG!

Sushi Dinner Last Night

I ordered the chef's sashimi special plate last night and THIS is what they brought me. What a pleasant surprise! The presentation is so fun. What cracked me up was they anchored or "glued" the martini glass to the plate with wasabi. Clever, clever.

Needless-to-say, the sushi was top-notch and delicious. Mmmm...

Lunch in the Park

Was so damned nice outside, I had to take a long walk around the park.

Lovely white flowers (or are they weeds?) made me feel poetic.
